In 1997, Hayes Greenfield, saxophonist, recording artist, and composer founded Jazz-A-Ma-Tazz, an interactive music education program that inspires participants to take risks, gain confidence, and experience a sense of personal achievement through the use of jazz and the art of improvisation.

Hayes Greenfield's Jazz-A-Ma-Tazz program enhances communication, active listening and improvisational skills, inspires intellectual curiosity, risk-taking, and raises self-esteem. This highly interactive, innovative, educational, and fun program engages participants of all ages and levels.
A veteran educator, facilitator, and performer, Hayes and Jazz-A-Ma-Tazz work extensively with all levels of students – PreK through university, including students with special needs. Also, Hayes presents professional development programs for teachers and other professionals.
